The Culinary Administrative Assistant reports to the Executive Chef and supports the culinary team. This person is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the culinary department to allow management flexibility to work on culinary specific duties. Other non-cooking tasks may be required from time to time as deemed necessary by the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs and Executive Steward.
